Trainer Len Mosely won with two of the three horses he started at Forbury Park last night.

The Aylesbury-based Mosely won with Asmooth Cap and Worth Plenty.

He is the owner of Worth Plenty and shares the ownership of Asmooth Cap with Richie Gibson, of Greymouth.

Asmooth Cap staged a big run wide out after tangling in the run up and starting three lengths behind the field.

The stylish trotter Worth Plenty led throughout 2200m and won decisively.

• Boon won his first race for close on four years when successful last night.

It was his first in 24 starts since he was given to Caroline Bennett, wife of Greenpark hobby trainer, John Bennett, three years ago.

"I got him for amateur races," John Bennett said.

Bennett turned professional as a reinsman two months ago and he had his first win in that capacity when he drove his own horse The Mercenary to win at Forbury Park on September 4.

He drove Boon, who had his other win at Invercargill in December, 2004 when trained by Hamish Hunter.

• Jimbob Jac began his 6yr-old season with a smart win, his first from the mobile gate.

He was close up in the open and recorded 2.45.1 (2.00.9 mile rate) in his first race for five months.

His performance was a credit to the conditioning skills of his owner Judy Dillon, who prepared the gelding under the direction of Ross Wilson.

• Arbrachai, a maiden winner last night, is a half-brother to four winners including Fleet Watch (1.51.1).

The 5yr-old Arbrachai was having his 12th start.

• John and Daphne Cheesman, of Oamaru, had their first win as owners when Locket's Rocket was successful last night.

Locket's Rocket is trained by David Heffernan, who took over the 5yr-old mare four months ago.

• Changeover set a New Zealand record for the 2200m when he resumed on a winning note in the Spring Cup at Alexandra Park last night.

His time of 2.42.7 was 1.1sec inside the previous best of 2.43.8 set by Vic's Vance in 1996 and equalled by Radar Installed in 2008.

The TAB reduced his New Zealand Cup fixed dividend from $3 to $2.20.
