What is one strong childhood memory?

I have lots of beautiful childhood memories. I am very grateful for having had a wonderful childhood with a very loving and supportive whanau.
One memory which comes to mind and will always be with me, was the day my grandmother died. She was a very special person to me.
The day she passed, and saying goodbye to her, is one of the most potent memories I have frommy childhood.

You are a new addition to the crayon box. What colour are you and why?

One of my favourite colours is turquoise, so I guess this is the colour I would be. I fell in love with the stone turquoise after spending time in Canada and I find its colour has very special qualities.
I also really like the colours of different types of pounamu. So I would be happy to be turquoise or pounamu.
