The singer, who recently entered into a spat with US host Jimmy Fallon, made sure all eyes were on him on the ARIA red carpet.
Standing at the photo wall, he gave in to demands to lift his kilt and for a moment, everyone around copped an eyeful.
US host Fallon recently expressed his distaste for Callinan's song Big Enough which featured Jimmy Barnes' signature scream.
Callinan wrote a strongly worded letter to Fallon calling for him to have some respect, mostly for Aussie musical stalwart Barnes.
Callinan was nominated for Best Video at the 31st annual awards in Sydney but lost out to Bliss n Eso.
