The book archives and extends Hartley-Skudder’s exhibition of the same name that was on show at the Hocken Gallery from March 9 to May 18 this year.
The exhibition was the culmination of a year of Hartley-Skudder’s work.
It featured a collection of bathroom vanities and accessories including a plastic replica clawfoot bathtub and a twin clamshell vanity with blue purple swirls, which formed the basis of exhibition. It also included installations, ready-made sculpture and oil paintings created by Hartley-Skudder.
