Americans Khasan Brailsford, who has danced in movies La La Land and The Greatest Showman, and Reina Hidalgo, who has danced for the likes of Jennifer Lopez and Kylie Minogue, are set to give a workshop in the city.
The workshop is already sold out, but organisers are hoping to secure a bigger venue to fit a few more into an event that is a spin-off of the upcoming Pink concert at Forsyth Barr Stadium.
Show organiser and Otago Dancers manager Xzenia Kutia said the workshop came about as she had danced overseas, and had good friends who had danced for big names such as Beyonce and Usher.
"I knew that Pink brings dancers with her, so I just put some feelers out into the dance community and got in contact with two of her dancers, and they were keen to do a workshop."

"They’re definitely dancers who are at the top of their game, world renowned dancers.
"It’s amazing.
"We’ve never had a workshop like this down in our part of the country."
She said growing up she had to travel to Auckland or the United States for such an opportunity.
The dancers were coming thanks to the stadium attracting prominent artists like Pink to the city.
There had been 80 tickets sold for two workshops, to be held, at this stage, at the Rasa School of Dance, although Mrs Kutia was looking for a larger venue so more people could attend.
However, she did not want the workshops to be too big.
She said to become better at dancing it was important to train with the best, and she expected the workshops would be "eye-opening and inspiring".
