Growing together

Ravensbourne Primary School pupils, from left, Owen McCulloch, 6, Evie Youngman, 7, and Jack O’Neill, 6, are set to plant 200 trees provided by the Halo Project with their classmates and volunteers from ASB bank tomorrow.

Dunedin City Council provided shovels for the pupils’ work near the pool at their school.

The school’s 16 pupils and their parents will plant native grasses and shrubs, to add to the school’s picnic area and start the school’s project to develop a skink habitat.
