House pride on show

Kaikorai Valley College students (from left) Sakuya Yamamoto, 17, Jaja Sawangkapat, 17, and Emile Brohem, 16, carry their Mataī house classmate Jack Burgess, 13, on Thursday. The school celebrated its annual house day at its campus. Activities included a quiz, dodgeball competition and a dance off that involved everyone dancing to the same song and being judged by how well they danced. The students were also given points for whoever was best dressed.
