The new Dunedin bus timetable will be distributed this week to households in the city and surrounding areas.
Otago Regional Council associate director of communication Peter Taylor said the new timetable took effect from yesterday.
"We have improved the timing of some runs and added additional services to meet demand from bus users," he said.
Copies of the timetable were available from the ORC and the Dunedin City Council.
A full copy of the timetable was on www.orc.govt.nz and timetable information was also available by phoning the GoBus information line on 474 0287.
New timetables should be distributed by July 8.
