A pedestrian has been taken to hospital this morning after being hit by a car on Princes St.
A police spokesman said emergency services were notified at about 7.50am.
The incident took place near the intersection with Manor Place.
A Hato Hone St John spokesperson said one ambulance attended the incident and transported one patient in a moderate condition to Dunedin Hospital.
