Walk of the Cross marks Good Friday

Johan Becker and Martine Smith lead the Walk of the Cross yesterday morning. The procession, which acknowledged Jesus Christ’s journey to crucifixion, departed from St Luke’s in Mosgiel. Organiser and Taieri Christian Association member Elaine Merrett said participants covered five ‘‘stations’’ of the cross before finally returning to St Luke’s for the Good Friday service.
