A pedestrian was hit by a car after it ran a red light in central Dunedin yesterday.
Constable Sam Alexander said a 23-year-old woman ran a red light turning from George St into Howe St at 6.45pm yesterday.
Her car struck a 52-year-old pedestrian, who was taken to Dunedin Hospital with minor injuries.
Inquiries were ongoing.
