Pool's out for winter

Taking a break from a refreshing dip at the St Clair Hot Salt Water Pool yesterday are Annabelle Webster (8) and Jackson Medding (6).

The pair were making the most of the final day before the pool closes for winter.

The outdoor pool opened on October 1. Several salt water pools were built in Dunedin in the late 1800s, but St Clair's is the only surviving example.
