After a run of frosty starts Dunedin woke to a slightly warmer morning today, accompanied by a spectacular sunrise.
ODT Online readers were up in time to capture the stunning scene.
The sunrise hasn't heralded a fine day, however - MetService says the city is in for cloudy periods today, with patchy rain until evening.
