A fire at a central Dunedin property early this morning is being treated as suspicious, the Fire Service says.
It was alerted to the fire at Rosabel Place, a three to four-flat property in London St, at 4.45am, shift manager Andrew Norris said.
A small fire was located in one of the front rooms of the property, he said.
It was extinguished without incident but the cause had not been determined.
A fire investigator was at the scene, he said.
