Witnesses to South Dunedin pedestrian crash sought

Dunedin Police are calling for witnesses to an incident in which a woman was seriously injured after being hit by an SUV in South Dunedin on Monday.

The incident happened on a pedestrian crossing in Prince Albert Rd, St Kilda, between Scott St and Market St, about 2.30pm.

The woman was believed to be about 20-years-old.

Constable Nick Turner, of Dunedin, has asked witnesses to contact him to help with an ongoing investigation into the incident.
