A 40-year-old man is dead after a bulldozer ran him over in northern Waikato this afternoon, police say.
The man had been working on a property on Old Reservior Rd, Karangahake, 6km southeast of Paeroa, when he became trapped under the machine about 1.30pm.
Emergency services arrived quickly but he died at the scene. The Department of Labour was investigating.
