The 40-year-old man killed after a bulldozer ran him over in northern Waikato on Friday afternoon was father of three Mark McGahan.
He had been working on a property on Old Reservior Rd, Karangahake, 6km southeast of Paeroa, when he became trapped under the machine about 1.30pm.
Emergency services arrived quickly but he died at the scene.
He was married and had three young daughters, aged between three and 10.
The Department of Labour is investigating the accident.
