Philippa Laufiso, of Dunedin, MNZM, who was made a member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for her services to the arts and to the community. 

Aaron Nicholson, of Wānaka, MNZM, who was made a member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to the New Zealand Police and Search and Rescue.
