SERIOUS concerns over a fast-track subdivision application for Queenstown’s Homestead Bay have been aired by neighbouring Jack’s Point’s residents’ society, which has requested the panel either decline the application or ask for updated and fuller information - specifically, it's calling on the panel, which it's requesting hold a hearing, to decline Homestead Bay's wastewater consents, and require it to hook up with the council's sewerage system.
