No buses - but a mobility scooter?

ODT reader Billy Hamilton couldn't believe his eyes when he saw this mobility scooter driving past his office near the Oval this morning.

"This was taken from the bus depot at 8:15am where buses were not running but a mobility scooter was able to get around," he said.
