The incident took place on the outskirts of the town on State Highway 85, about 7.45am.
A police spokesman said a vehicle was forced off the road by another vehicle, and then went on fire, between Coalpit Rd and White Sow Valley Rd.
No one was trapped or injured.
Earlier, a Fulton Hogan truck rolled on a corner near Tiger Hill, near Omakau, about 5.45am.
A police spokesman said no one was trapped or injured.
The truck initially partially blocked the road but the road is now clear.
