Emergency services were called to a Queenstown hotel last night following reports a guest could not leave her room.
Firefighters were called to Thomas's Hotel in Beach St at 9pm, after a woman complained she could not open her hotel door, a fire communication spokeswoman said.
The guest was told how to open her door from the inside and the matter was resolved, the spokeswoman said.
