Cattle were trapped when a trailer they were being transported in rolled near Otautau, Southland, this morning.
Police said the driver of the truck was uninjured, although the condition of the trapped cattle was unknown.
Police were called to the accident at 11.20am and part of Ermedale Rd was blocked for a period.
No other vehicles were involved.
