The two-day event celebrated the end of the sailing season and drew 23 boats.
Bluff Yacht Club secretary Craig Smith said the conditions were great.
"Bluff is the perfect place for sailing and this weekend was special.
"The wind speed was between 10 to 18 knots and we had sunny days. It was an amazing weekend.''
The club was already planning next year's event, Mr Smith said.
"We probably will have different courses and more boats on the water.
"This is the most traditional regatta from Southland and we want to keep it interesting,'' he said.
