Basketball: Dickel to coach Canterbury

One of the worst-kept secrets in Otago sport has been confirmed - the Nuggets have lost their Sparky.

Mark Dickel, the face of Otago basketball, is off to coach the Canterbury Rams.

He has signed a two-year contract, Fairfax is reporting.
