Randall blitzed the 100 strong field with an outstanding bike ride and held off a strong-finishing Ben Logan to win by 21 seconds.
His time of 54min 45sec was one of the quickest recorded on this course.
Amy Marshall won the women's race, finishing over 2 minutes ahead of second-placed Laura Ferguson
