Richard Higham (left) and John Blaikie stand in front of a new honours board unveiled at the University of Otago club last Saturday.
The board honours former Otago University players who went on to play for either Oxford or Cambridge universities in England.
The idea for the board came from a conversation between University club stalwarts Oke Blaikie - the father of John - and Richard and Charles Higham about doing wanting to do something to honour those players.
The Highams both work at the University of Otago.
Richard went to Oxford and Charles went to Cambridge.
John Blaikie and younger brother Duncan both went to Cambridge.
The list of names include World Cup-winning captain David Kirk and former All Black captain and hooker Anton Oliver.
