The New Zealand Rugby Union today called a press conference with Chiefs and All Blacks midfielder Williams at the Chiefs' base at Ruakura Research Centre in Hamilton tomorrow morning, at which he is expected to announce his move to the Panasonic club.
All Blacks assistant coach Ian Foster and Chiefs coaches Dave Rennie and Wayne Smith will also be present.
It is likely that Williams will switch back to the NRL with the Sydney Roosters after his season in Japan.
