Pisi impressed for the Samoans at the Rugby World Cup and will bring valuable experience to a very young Hurricanes outfit.
Pisi will battle impressive Taranaki youngster Beauden Barrett and Hawke's Bay's Daniel Kirkpatrick for the starting first five spot.
