One of Dunedin's larger industrial sites remains on the market.
Fonterra's 7092sq m of warehousing in Kitchener St failed to sell by the April 23 deadline.
Collier International sales representative Stephen Cairns confirmed yesterday it was still on the market.
Negotiations were being held with "a couple of parties".
Fonterra was selling buildings and a five-year lease on two Kitchener St sites, on 14,661sq m of land owned by Chalmers Property, as it consolidated its dairy storage and distribution operations at the former Fisher and Paykel Appliances factory at North Taieri, which it bought for about $20 million.
Mr Cairns said there had been interest in the properties.
