Notorious ex-NSW policeman Graham "Chook" Fowler has reportedly died.
Fowler shot to infamy after he was caught on a Wood Royal Commission video accepting bribe money from rollover officer Trevor Haken, passed to him by a Sydney strip club owner.
News Limited reports Fowler died on Wednesday night after a long battle with bladder cancer.
Fowler, the former head of the Kings Cross police, was fingered as a part of the "giggle" - the weekly divvying-up of corrupt money paid by drug dealers.
The then-detective inspector was sacked from the force in 1995.
He was later found guilty of giving false evidence about a sham accident in which he had supposedly slipped on a spilt milkshake.
