The body of a German tourist has been found in Kakadu National Park.
Police say an emergency beacon registered to the 31-year-old man's campervan was fired about 7pm (CST) on Wednesday.
Police from Jabiru found the man dead in the back of the campervan in the car park at Jim Jim Falls.
A crime scene has been established and investigators from Katherine have arrived at the site.
A police spokesman told AAP it was too early to determine whether the death was suspicious.
