    Al fresco diners in the Knox block of George St appear to be in a high-security area as they enjoy their lunch yesterday amid redevelopment of the block.

    About 10 months’ work is expected in the Knox block, finishing in August this year.

    It includes replacement of ageing underground pipes and a revised layout above ground.
