A man spotted performing an indecent act on his balcony has been warned by police.
Senior Sergeant Craig Dinnissen said construction workers at a work site on Melville St, Dunedin spotted the man on his balcony at 10.50am on Monday.
He was wearing only a t-shirt, and was performing an indecent act.
He was located at his address and given a formal warning.
