Cosy Dell Rd, in Dunedin, has been closed following a diesel spill this morning.
Fire Service senior station officer Kerry McNamara said the spill was caused by a broken fuel line on a bus.
Diesel from the bus has flowed about 80m down the road to Regent St.
Dunedin City Council grit trucks and street cleaners have started cleaning up the scene.
