Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise routine, which combines intentional laughter with yogic breathing to improve physical and mental health.

It was developed by Dr Madan Kataria in 1995, and relies on playful, childlike exercises which aim to turn fake laughter into real laughter to boost oxygen levels, reduce stress and release endorphins.
