Hundreds of people are enjoying the sun at the Agnew St Party, and so far, emergency services say the crowd has been well behaved.
The party is considered by tertiary students to be the "ugly stepsister'' of the Hyde St Party.
It is expected to continue for much of today.
A police spokeswoman said four people had been arrested for disorderly behaviour by 3pm and no injuries reported
