A police spokeswoman said they responded to a two-car collision at the intersection of McBride St and Andersons Bay Rd at about 2.30pm.
No one was seriously injured but one vehicle needed to be towed from the scene.
One of the drivers involved said she was driving north in Andersons Bay Rd when the other driver attempted to turn right on to McBride St in front of her.
"Then I hit her car and her car flipped a few times and I thought I had killed someone.
"I stopped and luckily there were other people around to call the cops."
While she was physically fine, she felt shocked.
