Interest is high in the Mitre 10 Mega "neurosurgery house", which will be auctioned on Saturday.
Harcourts sales consultant Jane Bradshaw said there was a good level of interest in the house, which was built in the Mitre 10 Mega Andersons Bay Rd car park.
"We have seen good numbers through the open homes, averaging 130 people each weekend, which is great," she said.
"Over the past four open homes, there has been a lot of interest from different parties."
Another open home, starting at 11.30am on Saturday, would be held before the auction at 12.30pm.
Ms Bradshaw said Mitre 10 Mega and Certified Builders led a team of tradespeople who gave time and materials to build the house.
"It is such a wonderful cause and we are confident this house will sell on Saturday."
Last Friday, the Chair in Neurosurgery campaign announced it had passed the $2 million mark a month ahead of schedule in its bid to raise $3 million.
