One serious after Mosgiel crash

One person with serious injuries was taken to Dunedin Hospital by ambulance after a two-car crash in Dukes Rd, Mosgiel, about 8.50pm yesterday.

A St John Ambulance spokesman said two other people received minor injuries in the crash.

A Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokesman said the crash was in Dukes Rd, near Fowler Rd.

Meanwhile, the sole passenger of a car which crashed into a power pole in Arundel St escaped without significant injury.

A police spokesman said they, St John and Fire and Emergency New Zealand were called to the crash at 4.44am.

The single occupant of the vehicle did not require transporting to hospital.
