Conductor Peter Adams leads the Dunedin Youth Orchestra at the Underground Market in George St last night, as part of an immersion concert/installation.

The event, aimed at attracting young people to  music, was part of the Urban Dream Brokerage series, designed to introduce art, music and literature projects in underused CBD sites.

The orchestra, which for the event sported enough black clothing and lipstick to bury Marilyn Manson, later busked on George St and then gave a concert in the market.
