Police were called to a Ashmore St, Halfway Bush house on Friday after a resident reported someone throwing rocks at his house.
The alleged rock thrower was known to the youth, as he had declined a request sent over Snapchat earlier to fight.
It was believed the rocks were an attempt to get him to come outside for a fight, Senior Sergeant Craig Dinnissen said.
