Shop celebrates World Fair Trade Day

Trade Aid Dunedin store manager Dean Griffiths gets his caricature drawn by cartoonist Brent Harpur during  World Fair Trade Day celebrations at the shop on Saturday.

Mr Griffiths said the day was about  recognising Trade Aid’s partners and customers.

"It’s for those who choose to be conscious consumers and who are committed to knowing where products come from," Mr Griffiths said.

Customers were treated to  free food and a performance by the Sounds Nor’Easterly choir.
