Noodles and energy drinks attracted the longest lines as O Week kicked off with Tent City in Dunedin yesterday.

University of Otago students visited the temporary setup on the Museum Reserve to take advantage of the many giveaways and freebies available and to get to know a little bit about what Dunedin has to offer.

The city would be up and running today and tomorrow from 9am to 4pm.

Otago Daily Times photographer Peter McIntosh was there to capture the vibe.
