A supposed tsunami threat in Dunedin tonight is just some mischief-making, police have confirmed.
"We're aware there's a vehicle driving in Dunedin with a loud speaker proclaiming there's a tsunami threat," a police spokesman said.
"There is no tsunami forecast and no need to move to higher ground."
