A person has died in a forestry incident this morning in rural Hawke's Bay.
Police say they are currently attending the scene at an isolated area in Te Haroto where a possible workplace incident has occurred.
Worksafe New Zealand confirmed they were investigating the incident
Lowe Corporation Rescue Helicopter was called to the incident at 10.12am.
St John ambulance was also in attendance.
