Bailey Junior Kurariki, New Zealand's youngest convicted killer, is due back in court today in the latest of a series of appearances over alleged offences.

Kurariki, 20, is due in Manukau District Court over a charge of breaching supervision, a day after being in the same court for alleged wilful damage of his girlfriend's property.

He will also return on Thursday to face a count of domestic violence and on November 24 on a charge of breaching his community work order, The New Zealand Herald reported today.

The wilful damage charge relates to an incident in which he allegedly damaged a stereo system, DVD player and bathroom accessories belonging to Janie Martin, whom he has previously been convicted of assaulting.

Kurariki, who has not yet entered a plea, was remanded on bail to reappear in the Family Court on November 9 and told not to consume alcohol or drugs.

Kurariki was 12 when he was one of six people, all 17 or under, involved in the killing of pizza delivery driver Michael Choy in 2001.

He was jailed for seven years for Mr Choy's manslaughter and released in May last year.
