A motorcyclist was killed when he collided with an oncoming car at Paraparaumu north of Wellington this morning.
Police said the crash happened about 11am.
The man, in his late 30s, died at the scene.
Senior Sergeant Alasdair Macmillan said early indications were that the motorcyclist crossed the centre line.
