Three arrested over violent Dunedin dairy robbery

Police have arrested three suspects in relation to the violent armed robbery of the Regent Night n' Day in Dunedin.

Detective Sergeant John Hedges, of the Dunedin CIB, said a 19 year old male would appear in the Dunedin District court next week, while a 29 year old male would appear in the Palmerston North District Court today.

Police in Palmerston North this afternoon arrested a third man, Damian Karl Wereta, who is also wanted in connection to the aggravated robbery on June 20. 

Police earlier today issued an alert seeking information on Mr Wereta's whereabouts.
