Three people suffered moderate injuries in a campervan crash outside Wānaka which blocked the highway on Wednesday.
A police spokeswoman said emergency services were notified at 2pm of the two-car crash on the Wānaka-Luggate Highway, near the intersection with Ballantyne Rd.
A Hato Hone St John spokesman said two ambulances responded to the scene. Paramedics assessed three people in a moderate condition.
